  • You have been in Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel unwell.

Home Visits

Please only request a home visit if you are housebound or too ill to visit the Surgery. If possible, please ring before 10 am, and give the receptionist as much detail as possible. This will help your GP to prioritise home visit requests based on clinical need, as they visit patients at home where they feel the patient's medical condition requires a home visit.
