Important Message for Patients 

WE DO NOT TEST FOR CORONAVIRUS AT THE SURGERY. PATIENTS COMING INTO THE SURGERY ASKING TO BE TESTED WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND TOLD TO CONTACT: 111 THIS ALSO INCLUDES CHILDREN.

If you have returned from these specific areas since February 19th, you should call 111 and self-isolate even if you do not have symptoms:

  • Iran
  • Northern Italy 
  • South Korea
  • Hubei province 
  • Vietnam
  • Cambodia
  • Laso
  • Myanmar

If you return from these areas since February 19th and develop symptoms, however mild, you should self-isolate at home immediately and call NHS 111.

Due to the Coronavirus  and a the advice by Public Health England all appointments at Eagle House Surgery will initially be telephone consultation with a clinician. Please do not come to the surgery to book an appointment please call the surgery on 0208 805 8611 or use our on-line booking service.

The surgery can access telephone interpreting via Language Line.  Please refer to the card at the front desk and notify the receptionist upon arrival that you will need an interpreter and this will be arranged for you.
