Important Message for Patients

If you have travelled from China or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus in the last two weeks, you may be at risk of Coronavirus. Please do NOT leave the house. instead, ring 111 if:

  • You have been in China in the last 14 days and develop a cough, fever, or shortness of breath: or 
  • You have been in Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel unwell.

When We Are Closed

For urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, please ring 111.  111 is free to call directly from landlines or mobile 'phones.

 

The 111 service is available 24 hours a day, on every day of the year.  They can:

  • offer telephone advice
  • provide a doctor's appointment at a local Out of Hours centre
  • provide a home visit by a doctor, if clinically indicated

If you are experiecing chest pain, breathlessness, or the symptoms of a stroke please call 999 for urgent medical assistance.
